FAQs

Still Have Questions?

People often ask us how long the process takes, what documents they need, and how much our services cost.

Visa processing time in Dubai depends on the destination country and the type of visa you’re applying for. Some visitor visas get approved within a couple of weeks, while work visas and permits can take longer because they involve additional verification. During your consultation, we give you a realistic timeline based on your specific case rather than a generic estimate. You can also check typical timelines for each destination on our visa services page.

The documents required for a visa vary by country and visa type, but most applications ask for a valid passport, passport-sized photos, proof of income or employment, bank statements, and a clear travel or work purpose. We review your documents before submission so nothing gets rejected over a missing form or an outdated statement. Each of our country-specific pages, including UK visas, USA visas, and Canada visas, lists the documents that destination typically requires.

Our visa consultant fees depend on the destination and complexity of your case. A straightforward visitor visa costs less to process than a work visa or permit that involves more paperwork and verification. We’re upfront about our fees before you commit to anything.

No. Many clients work with us entirely over phone and email, though you are always welcome at our Oud Metha office for an in-person consultation.

Both options work. Our office is in Oud Metha, and clients from Bur Dubai, Umm Hurair, and across the city are welcome to visit in person. If it’s more convenient, we also handle consultations and document review remotely. Find directions and contact details on our location page.

Before we submit anything, we review your case honestly and flag any weak points that could lead to a rejection. If a rejection still happens, usually due to factors outside our control, we help you understand why and whether a reapplication makes sense. This is part of why we take document review seriously from the start; you can read more about how we approach every application.

We support outbound visa applications for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen countries, along with work permits and overseas job visa processing. Visit our visa services page for the full list, including UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen, and work visa support.

No consultant can honestly guarantee an approval, since the final decision always rests with the embassy or immigration authority. What we can guarantee is a careful, honest assessment of your case and a properly prepared application that gives you the best possible chance.

Book a free consultation and we’ll review your situation, answer your questions, and let you know what the process looks like for your specific case.
