Our Services
Emirates Visa Consultant provides visa consultancy and application support services, including consultation, document review, application preparation, and submission assistance for outbound visas including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen countries, and work permits.
We act as a consultant and facilitator. We do not represent any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and we have no influence over their final decisions.
No Guarantee of Approval
We assess every case carefully and prepare applications to the best of our ability, but visa approval is decided solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, and we are not responsible for decisions made by these authorities.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
- Respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner
- Inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or other issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
Fees and Payment
Our consultancy fees are outlined on our specific visa services pages and confirmed with you before you commit to our services. Fees for our consultancy services are separate from any embassy, visa, or government processing fees, which are set by the relevant authority and are non-refundable once paid to that authority.
Confidentiality
We treat all client documents and personal information as confidential and handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only share your information with relevant embassies, authorities, or service providers as necessary to process your application.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Emirates Visa Consultant and Al Asad Tourism LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa rejections, processing delays, or changes in immigration policy by foreign authorities.
