USA Visa Consultant Dubai for B1/B2, Work, and Study Applications

Applying for a US visa involves a detailed online form, a mandatory in-person interview, and evidence that satisfies a consular officer within a matter of minutes. As your USA visa consultant in Dubai, we prepare your DS-160, get you ready for the interview, and make sure your documentation supports the case you’re making.

Overview

US Visa Application Support From Dubai

Whether you’re applying for a business trip, a family visit, tourism, work, or study, our team supports US visa applications for clients across Dubai and the wider UAE. We start by reviewing your travel purpose and ties to the UAE, since that’s exactly what the consular officer will be assessing.

One thing worth knowing going in: as of late 2025, interview waivers were removed for nearly all nonimmigrant visa categories, including visitor visas. Almost every applicant, regardless of age or visa history, now needs to attend an in-person interview. We prepare you for that conversation as part of our service.

What Do We Help Our Clients Most With

DS-160 Help for Dubai Applicants

The DS-160 is the online application form every nonimmigrant visa applicant needs to complete before scheduling an interview. It asks detailed questions about your background, travel history, and purpose of travel, and small inconsistencies here can raise questions at the interview stage.

We provide DS-160 help for applicants in Dubai by reviewing your answers before submission, checking that your responses are consistent with your supporting documents, and making sure nothing gets left blank or filled in incorrectly. Once submitted, you’ll need the confirmation page for your interview, and we help you keep that organized alongside the rest of your documents

US Visa Fees for B1/B2 Applicants

The standard nonimmigrant visa application fee (tied to the DS-160, sometimes called the MRV fee) for B1/B2 visitor visas is $185 per applicant as of 2026. This fee applies to both business (B-1) and tourism (B-2) purposes, and to combined B-1/B-2 applications. It’s non-refundable regardless of whether the visa is approved or denied, and it doesn’t cover interview logistics or other costs specific to your case. Some reporting indicates this fee may rise to $205 later in 2026, so we confirm the exact current amount with you before you pay.

A separate Visa Integrity Fee of $250 was introduced by federal law in 2025, payable at visa issuance rather than at application. As of mid-2026, this fee had not yet started being collected pending implementation guidance, so we keep an eye on this and let you know if it applies by the time you apply.

These are US government fees paid directly to the Department of State, separate from our consultancy fee. See what our services cover on the pricing page.

USA Visa Interview Assistance Dubai Applicants Trust

The interview is often the part applicants worry about most, and for good reason: a consular officer typically has only a few minutes to decide your case. Our USA visa interview assistance in Dubai covers what to expect, how to answer common questions clearly and honestly, and which documents to bring versus which ones to have ready as backup.

We can’t influence a consular officer’s decision, and no consultant honestly can. What we can do is make sure you walk in prepared, with your documentation organized and your answers consistent with what you’ve submitted.

B1/B2 Visa Consultant Dubai

Most of our US visa clients are applying for B1/B2 visitor visas, whether for business meetings, family visits, or tourism. As your B1/B2 visa consultant in Dubai, we help you build a clear case for your trip: proof of funds, evidence of ties to the UAE, and a travel purpose that’s easy for a consular officer to understand quickly.
